Christmas Delivery & Extended Returns 2026
Christmas Delivery
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during the busy holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential delays with shipping carriers.
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas Eve, we recommend placing your order no later than December 18, 2026.
Extended Christmas Returns
To make your Christmas shopping a little more special, we're offering an extended return period for the holiday season.
All eligible orders placed between November 1 and December 24, 2026, automatically qualify for extended returns until January 12, 2027.
Please note that returned items must be received at our designated return address no later than January 12, 2027, to qualify for our extended Christmas return policy. Simply sending your return by this date is not sufficient.
Items returned under our extended Christmas return policy must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: The Kiehn & Jacobsen Advent Calendar is excluded from our extended Christmas return policy and our standard 30-day return policy. The Advent Calendar is subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
Our extended Christmas return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal and your rights relating to faulty or defective products.

Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation, when your package leaves our warehouse. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 1-4 working days in Denmark and a maximum of 8 working days in the rest of Europe - subject to sold-out items. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your shipment confirmation via email.
For orders sent to a standard pick-up point, the package will be delivered to the nearest available parcel shop based on the provided address.
We ship your order as one bundle, so in case one of your items is out of stock, it will delay the total shipment. We ship our parcels with PostNord. Kiehn & Jacobsen can not be held responsible for delays at our package distributors. When ordering later than 12:00 p.m., the delivery time will be extended by 24 hours. In the event that an item can not be delivered as stated, we will contact you within 2-4 working days. Delivery times can be extended by purchasing items on sale. There may also be a longer delivery time in November and December due to busyness.
Once you have ordered
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are processed as soon as possible, and you will be notified when your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped with PostNord.
We reserve the right for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, and force majeure. In such cases, we may cancel your order and will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
On orders to Danish adresses, a delivery fee of DKK 42,5 will be charged if the package is sent to a parcel shop. For home delivery, a fee of DKK 60 will be charged. When placing an order from another European country, delivery options will depend on your location. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process. At Kiehn & Jacobsen, we offer free delivery in Denmark on orders over DKK 500 (approx. EUR 67). For orders to other EU countries, we offer free delivery on orders over DKK 999 (approx. EUR 134).
Return policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your jewellery to return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

The refund will be issued to the card used for the original payment once we have received and processed your return.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your card provider.

The parcel must be sent directly to our return address — not to a parcel shop.

We highly recommend obtaining a delivery receipt and tracking, in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Right of complaint
All goods are covered by the Purchasing Act, including the deficiency rules.
The Purchase Act provides a period of 24 months after the purchase, where you can complain about faults and defects. You have the right to have a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted. It all depends on the individual situation. The complaint must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance and normal wear and tear. We refer to our care and maintenance instructions. If you want to complain about a product, please send an email to kiehn.jacobsen@gmail.com. Pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about must be attached to the e-mail. As soon as we have figured out how to handle the complaint, we will return with an answer. Returns in connection with complaints must be sent to the following address:

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs in connection with the return. The money is refunded to the payment card with which the order was paid.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Information provided to Kiehn & Jacobsen is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive personal data.
