How long does it take to receive my order?

Items will usually arrive within 5-7 days in Denmark and 10-14 days in the rest of Europe. We ship your order together, so if one of your items is out of stock, you will receive your shipment, when we can ship both items at the same time.

 

When do you withdraw the money from my debit card? 

The amount will be deducted from your debit card when your package is shipped from the warehouse. 

Buying conditions 

At Kiehn & Jacobsen you can pay with all VISA debit cards and all mastercard debit cards. After the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent directly to your email. All amounts are stated in Danish crowns (DKK) and are incl. VAT. 

Delivery 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation, when your package leaves our warehouse. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 1-4 working days in Denmark and a maximum of 8 working days in the rest of Europe - subject to sold-out items. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your shipment confirmation via email. We ship your order as one bundle, so in case one of your items is out of stock, it will delay the total shipment. We ship our parcels with PostNord. Kiehn & Jacobsen can not be held responsible for delays at our package distributors.  When ordering later than 12:00 p.m., the delivery time will be extended by 24 hours. In the event that an item can not be delivered as stated, we will contact you within 2-4 working days. Delivery times can be extended by purchasing items on sale. There may also be a longer delivery time in November and December due to busyness. 

Once you have ordered 

Once you place an order on the website and pay with your card, you will receive a receipt on your mail stating that we have received your order. When we process your order, you will receive an order confirmation and you have now entered into a binding purchase agreement. We will process your order as soon as possible and you will receive another email with an invoice when we ship the jewelry. Hereafter, your package is left to PostNord. 


 

By all trades taking Kiehn & Jacobsen subject to pricing errors, typing errors,  out of stock or discontinued items, suspicion of fraud and force majeure. 

 

If any of the above conditions apply, we reserve the right to fully or partially cancel a trade. In case of the above, we will of course contact you as soon as possible, in order to solve the challenge.

Exchange and return policy 

14 days full exchange and return policy with full refund (excluding shipping) is granted from the day you receive the jewelry. The jewelry must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. When returning, please use the information listed below. It is required that the written is legible and clear:

If you have paid by credit card, a refund will be made to the credit card used, otherwise the amount will be deposited into your bank account. Therefore, it is important that you provide your bank account number. 

You will have to cover the costs of return yourself. 

Shipping costs 

On orders to Danish adresses, a delivery fee of DKK 42,5 will be charged if the package is sent to a parcel shop. For home delivery, a fee of DKK 60 will be charged. ​When placing an order from another European country, delivery options will depend on your location. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process. At Kiehn & Jacobsen, we offer free delivery in Denmark on orders over DKK 349 (46,91 EUR.) and free delivery in selected European countries on orders over DKK 499 (67,1 EUR).

Return policy 

14 days return policy with full refund (excl. shipping) is given from the day you receive the jewellery. During the Christmas period, we have extended the right of return. Jewellery ordered in November and December can be exchanged until January 20th. 

The jewellery must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. Follow the points below when returning an item. It is required that the writing is legible and clear:

  • Send a message per. mail within 14 days (from the time you receive the jewelery), in which the request for return is clarified. In addition, state the order number and name.

  • The package is sent back to the following address at your own expense and responsibility:

Right of complaint

All goods are covered by the Purchasing Act, including the deficiency rules.

The Purchase Act provides a period of 24 months after the purchase, where you can complain about faults and defects. You have the right to have a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted. It all depends on the individual situation. The complaint must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance and normal wear and tear. We refer to our care and maintenance instructions. If you want to complain about a product, please send an email to kiehn.jacobsen@gmail.com. Pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about must be attached to the e-mail. As soon as we have figured out how to handle the complaint, we will return with an answer. Returns in connection with complaints must be sent to the following address:

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs in connection with the return. The money is refunded to the payment card with which the order was paid.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Information provided to Kiehn & Jacobsen is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive personal data.
