How long does it take to receive my order?
From the time you receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail, your order will usually arrive within 2-4 working days in Denmark and 4-8 days in the rest of Europe. We ship your order together, so if one of your items is out of stock, you will receive your shipment, when we can ship both items at the same time.
When do you withdraw the money from my debit card?
In most cases, the jewellery is made after the order is placed. We withdraw the money when we start the production of the jewellery.
Do you keep my personal information private?
Kiehn & Jacobsen IS is committed to respect your private rights as a customer and as a visitor to our webshop. We take these matters very seriously. When purchasing in our webshop, your personal information will only be used to place your order. We do not disclose your information to other outsiders.
Can I return my order?
You can exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. This means that you can return your order if it is not used. The order must be returned in the original packaging and shipped securely wrapped. You can exchange for other items in our webshop or get a refund. The amount will be refunded to the credit card used.

Can I cancel my order?
An order can be canceled if it is being processed before shipping. Unfortunately, orders received and processed can not be canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to cancel an order during processing, please send
